The National Entrepreneurship Support & Development Agency, known as "NESDA,"
Help you set up and expand your micro business in various economic sectors, by providing training, support and financing.
Objectifs
Supporting & Developing Algerian Entrepreneurship
Promote an entrepreneurial ecosystem that fosters the creation, financing and development of high-performance, resilient micro business that create sustainable added value for citizens and the nation.
Funding
Providing financing solutions for the creation and expansion of micro businesses.
Support
Support for project promoters throughout the process of setting up a micro business, right up to the start of the activity.
Training
Training project leaders in the theoretical and practical skills involved in creating and managing a micro business.
Criteria
Qualifications for project owners
The individual's age should fall within the range of 18 to 55 years.
They must possess a certificate or professional qualification and/or have recognized knowledge and skills documented by a certificate or any other professional credential. in addition to a training certificate from a CDE
They must provide a personal contribution in the form of funds that meet the specified minimum threshold.

Financial Support
Financial support provided by NESDA includes:
- Non-remunerated loan
- Additional non-remunerated loan for rent
- Additional non-remunerated loan for operations
These loans are designed to support project owners in all aspects of their projects, from start-up to expansion and development.
The project holder benefits from tax incentives during both the project's establishment and its production capacity expansion phases
phase I
During the creation
- Exemption from transfer tax on industrial real estate acquisitions.
- No registration duties for company formation.
- Reduced 5% customs duty on essential equipment directely involved in the projet.
phase II
During the extension
- 2-year extension with 3 permanent hires.
- Full IFU or actual profits tax exemption (3-10 years).
- 50% minimum IFU tax for individuals.
- Tax reductions (70%, 50%, 25%) post-exemption period.
